RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
By placing an order, you agree our return and exchange policy, which means that return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receipt and items must be in original, unaltered condition with all packaging. All customized products and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All approved returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, and original shipping fees as well as payment processor transaction fees (e.g., PayPal) are non-refundable.
