Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is Joice Hair first priority. During the final inspect phase, we thoroughly examine every product for any defects or damages before we ship it out to the customer. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the product(s), we will gladly exchange or refund it within 15 days. Please see below for RMA (return merchandise authorization) + Return instructions.

Return Instructions

*It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

*If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and exchanges items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original status that are postmarked within 15 days. Any request after 15 days will not be honored.

*Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.

*All return item(s) must be in original factory condition with original tags and packaging (as it was shipped out), and not worn nor altered in any way.

*All Clearance sale items are FINAL. All Clearance sale items DO NOT qualify for exchange, return nor refund. No exceptions.

*Customers are responsible for the additional costs if any (ex. shipping fee, packaging fee,  custom duty, etc ) associated with return.

*If returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.

*If the original order is qualified for free shipping and promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.

*Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. 

*If a package is refused by the customer without pre-discussion and approval of Joice Hair and returned as undeliverable, we will not be able to refund.

* If payment is done by paypal or other payment agents which charge the transaction fee, the transaction fee which was taken by paypal or the agent will not be refund, only the actual amount received by Joice Hair will be refunded.

*Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s).

*Ultimately, Joice Hair will determine whether the returned item is acceptable or not. This decision is final.

Once received, the return item(s) will be inspected and either approved or denied. Only once the return has been approved will the refund or exchange be processed. After the return shipment has been received, the refund or exchange process may take up to 7 days to process.

Order Canceled before shipping, Joice Hair will charge the processing fee including the transaction cost and processing cost.

Joice Hair offer the “take back” service if you do not have convenient or cheaper way to ship back the goods, Joice Hair will arrange courier to pick up the items and ship to ourself, which will make the return or exchange process faster and easier. the fee is decided by your location, you can contact Joice Hair for more informaiton if needed.
