Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is Joice Hair priority. During the final inspection phase, we thoroughly examine every product for any defects or damages before we ship it out to the customer. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the product(s), we will gladly exchange or refund it within 15 days. Return Instructions

*It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

*If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and exchanges items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original status that are postmarked within 15 days. Any request after 15 days will not be honored.

*Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without a return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name to our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.

*All return item(s) must be in original factory condition with original tags and packaging (as it was shipped out), and not worn or altered in any way.

*All Clearance sale items are FINAL. All Clearance sale items do not qualify for exchange, return, or refund. No exceptions.

*Customers are responsible for the additional costs if any (ex. shipping fee, packaging fee,  custom duty, etc ) associated with return.

*If returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.

If the original order is eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted.

*Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. 

*If a package is refused by the customer without pre-discussion and approval of Joice Hair and returned as undeliverable, we cannot refund.

* If payment is made by PayPal or other payment processors that charge a transaction fee, the transaction fee taken by PayPal or others will not be refunded; only the actual amount received by Joice Hair will be refunded.

*Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s).

*Ultimately, Joice Hair will determine whether the returned item is acceptable. This decision is final.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to determine whether they will be approved or denied. If the return is approved, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange. Please note that after we receive the return shipment, the processing of the refund or exchange may take up to 7 days.

If the order is canceled before shipping, Joice Hair will charge the processing fee, including the transaction and processing costs.

Joice Hair offers the “take back” service if you do not have a convenient or cheaper way to ship back the goods. Joice Hair will arrange for a courier to pick up the items and ship them back to us, making the return or exchange process faster and easier. The fee varies depending on your location.
