Just Wow. I am a new customer to Joice Hair. I spent years with another popular Vendor whose quality declined with every order. I was so excited to get a recommendation for Joice. I decided to start slow and order two HD Lace Closures. I ordered one in Natural Wave and one in Water Wave. Both closures arrived faster than I anticipated, so that was a plus. Also, the customer service from Joice was WONDERFUL! It started before I even received my order. They answered all of my questions. When the closures arrived, I co-washed one of them just to see how it would perform. LISTEN TO THIS: There was absolutely no shedding. Not even 1 hair shed from the closure. I co-washed it with very mild products and allowed it to air dry on a towel. (See the photos of the Natural Wave). The Natural Wave pattern remained. After drying, I added a small amount of Cecred Hair Oil and laid it flat. The hair felt soft, silky, and still, absolutely no shedding. I repeated the process with the second closure and had the same results. I am so excited to be a new customer. I have already ordered some bundles of the Natural Wave. This hair is amazing! This is my new vendor for all of my hair needs. My stylist is very impressed. She does hair for a reality TV show. BRAVO, JOICE!
