15-Day Limit: All return or exchange requests must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
Original Status: To be eligible, items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original factory condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Prior Authorization Required: You must contact us first to discuss the issue. Returns sent back without prior communication and approval (RMA) will be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized Products: All custom-made orders are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance Items: All “Clearance Sale” items are final sale. No exceptions for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. Fees and Expenses
Restocking Fee: A minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise, depending on the condition of the item(s).
Shipping & Duties: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return (e.g., shipping fees, packaging, custom duties, etc.).
Transaction Fees: If payment was made via PayPal or other processors that charge a fee, the transaction fee is non-refundable. Only the actual amount received by Joice Hair will be refunded.
Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly by us. If the original order qualified for “Free Shipping,” the actual shipping cost incurred by Joice Hair will be deducted from your refund.
4. Processing & Inspections
Final Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). Joice Hair reserves the right to determine if the returned item is acceptable. This decision is final.
Turnaround Time: Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Refused Packages: If a package is refused without prior approval or returned as undeliverable, no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations: For orders canceled before shipping, a processing fee (including transaction costs) will be charged.
5. Joice Hair “Take Back” Service
For your convenience, we offer a “Take Back” service if you do not have a preferred shipping carrier. We can arrange a courier to pick up the items from your location. The fee for this service varies by location. Please contact our support team for a quote.
