STEP BY STEP GUIDELINE

Step #1: Become joicehair Dropship Member.

It is free and easy to start dropshipping with Joice Hair, when you check out from our website, on the Checkout Page, you can put your own information in “billing details”, and check mark “Shipping to a different address”, then put your customers information and address, we will ship the package in your name to your customers. What your customers can see is only you or your company contact and shipping information, no any information about Joice Hair will be available to your customers.

To make your hair business grow, we suggest you to sign up and purchase a membership plan to become our dropship hair member (There are 3 different plans: monthly, Season, and Yearly membership). With the membership, you can enjoy not only better prices for our hair product, but also order fulfillment service with your custom packaging(your brand wraps and tags).

Step #2: Send Your Logo

After pruchasing the drop ship membership, please send your logo(as clear as possible) for our reference. We will create and print out the hair tags and wraps at our factory.

1. Send your logo to : joicehair@foxmail.com

2. All the hair wraps and tags will be kept at Joicehair Hair Factory for your future dropship orders.

HOW TO GET US FULFILL YOUR ORDERS

Step #1:

Once you get orders from your customers, log in to your account and make the same orders and pay via PayPal. Please make sure you have changed PayPal shipping information to your customer’s information(name, shipping address).

Note: Please remarks with the below dropship order information when making the orders.

1. Your name and your business name (brand, company).

2. Your customer’s shipping information (name, address, phone number).

Payment Methods: PayPal Only

1. PayPal is the most convenient and safety payment method to you.

2. Change your PayPal shipping information to your customer’s information (name, shipping address).

P.S. As per PayPal policy, the PayPal shipping information should be same as your customer’s information.

Please make sure you have changed to your customer’s shipping information before making the orders.

Step #2:

We will start process your dropship hair order after receiving your payment. All the hair orders would be tagged with your wraps & tags, and the shipper would be only you and your business(brand/company) information. Your customers would never know Joice Hair. We would update the tracking information to you via email very soon.
